Price Match & Refund Policies

We are committed to providing you with the best possible service throughout your cruise experience. Image Online, a Cayman Islands company ("we," "us," "our," etc.) will grant refunds and match prices as set out below. Policies are subject to change without notice, effective March 1, 2011. Please contact us through support.mycruisephotos.com with any questions.

Price Match Policy: If there is a lower advertised price of your product onboard your ship than the price of the product you purchased through MyCruisePhotos.com, we will honor the original discount and work with you to make this adjustment to the original method of payment. Please allow 5 business days from the end of your cruise for your refund to be processed. Once credited, allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly billing statement. The Price Match will be credited to your original method of payment. The Price Match Policy effectively matches the price you paid online via MyCruisePhotos.com to the price that is posted onboard your voyage for the same product. We do not match online prices - neither those posted for your ship nor any other ship for any other cruise line or company. We do not price match typographical errors. In the event there is a website error, or the website is offline for any period of time, we cannot offer the online price onboard.

Refunds: Please review the below for our policies and procedures regarding refunds before, during and after your cruise. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. We will email you once we’ve received and processed your refund. Please allow 5 business days from the time you request your refund from us for your refund to be processed. Once credited, allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly billing statement.

In rare instances, such as technical problems or itinerary changes, we may be unable to deliver your photo products. In these instances, your original form of payment will be refunded.

PRE-CRUISE

Price Match: The Price Match policy does not affect your pre-cruise purchases. Price matches are actioned onboard only by comparing the price you paid for your product pre-cruise to the price of the same product onboard during your voyage.

Refunds: You can cancel orders up to 24 hours prior to your cruise’s scheduled departure time by contacting us through support.mycruisephotos.com. Your cruise will close 24 hours prior to departure and additional inquiries will need to be addressed in the onboard Photo Gallery. If you are not sailing on the cruise, please contact us through support.mycruisephotos.com.

ONBOARD

Price Match: If there is a lower advertised price of your product onboard your ship than the price of the product you purchased through www.mycruisephotos.com, we will honor the original discount and automatically issue you a refund. You will be notified of this adjustment onboard. The Price Match will be credited to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 business days from the end of your cruise for your refund to be processed. Once credited, allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly billing statement. Refunds: If while onboard you decide you no longer would like to collect the pre-purchased product(s), please visit the onboard Photo Gallery prior to 3pm on the last evening of the cruise and speak to a member of our staff. After you collect your items, we will refund 100% of the cost of any faulty or damaged product except for the following: We cannot provide partial or full refunds, exchanges or substitutions for any personalized items such as Get the Picture!,PhotoBooks or printed photographs. For defective products exclusive of the aforementioned, if a replacement is unavailable a full refund will be issued. If still onboard your cruise, please return the defective product to the Photo Gallery.

POST-CRUISE

Price Match: We do not honor any Price Matches after your cruise. Price Match applies to the onboard price on your specific ship and voyage only.

Refunds: We will refund 100% of the cost of any faulty or damaged product except for the following: We cannot provide partial or full refunds, exchanges or substitutions for any personalized items such as Get the Picture! photo disc, photo credits purchased through Get the Picture!, PhotoBooks or printed photographs. For defective products exclusive of the aforementioned, if a replacement is unavailable a full refund will be issued. Please contact us through support.mycruisephotos.com within 14 days from the return of your cruise.

PRICE MATCH POLICY FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why might the price be lower on the cruise?

Pricing of our photo products is seasonal and may fluctuate depending on time of year and/or by ship.

How do you handle a price match if the onboard price includes a promotional offer such as a free item?

Existing free items on offer directly associated with a product purchased on board will be extended to you as part of our price match policy.

What if the ship does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?

All of our photo products are created and delivered onboard so it is unlikely that we would run out of a product. In rare instances, such as technical problems or itinerary changes where we are unable to deliver your photo products, your original form of payment will be refunded.

Which items and services aren’t available for price match?

We don’t match our prices to those on other cruise ship or companies’ Web sites. We don’t price match typographical errors.

Can I have my price match request processed after my cruise?

We are not able to process your request once the cruise is over. If you see that there is a price difference while you are onboard, it will be adjusted for you during your cruise but once the cruise is over and you have departed the ship we are no longer able to offer a price match.
